- 由于 DNS 配置错误，无法发送 ASUP 消息
- 定期收到带有错误的电子邮件：“无法从阵列管理主机 eos-b 发送 ASUP 消息”
- 在 11.70.x SANtricity 操作系统版本中，ASUP 正在发送时出现 E-Series AutoSupport 无法发送的通知
- 间歇性 E-Series AutoSupport 发送失败警报
- E-Series Storage Manager 尝试将 AutoSupport 消息发送到 testsupport.netapp.com/cn
- 对于关键事件，E-Series AutoSupport 不会自动生成
- 自 2020 年 9 月 30 日起，E-Series DBM 备份 AutoSupport 无法发送
