  • 客户将 QLogic QLE2562 HBA 固件从 8.02.00 升级到 08.08.001
    • 使用 Dell QLogic 固件 Dup's VOor QLogic 25xx Fibre Channel 系列适配器版本 09.01.02 、 A00-00
  • 升级后、 E 系列 E2760 CFW 的冗余路径丢失： 08.30.50.01
