2. 确认SANtricity 在Recovery Guru中报告了以下多条错误消息之一：
   1. Failure Entry 1: SUPPORT_CRU_NOINPUT-Recovery Failure Type Code: 97

3. 从硬件选项卡中确认电源显示为故障

解决方法

• 确保为PSU (电源设备)供电的电源没有问题。
• 请联系NetApp技术支持、因为这可能需要更换电源
• 如果启用了AutoSupport 、则此事件应已创建技术支持案例
