  • 无法通过网格管理器访问存储节点
  • 无法对计算控制器的任何接口进行 SSH
  • 计算控制器的任何接口均无 ping 响应
  • 计算控制器上没有串行输出
  • 重新安装和/或重启整个机箱的电源都无法改变这种情况
  • 存储控制器可访问，并显示 99 表示正常
  • 检测到 Unable to communicate with node 警报
