通过控制台或服务处理器排除节点关闭和无响应的故障

问题

  • 节点发生故障,可能会或可能不会被合作伙伴接管。
  • 节点无法启动,串行控制台连接可能无法产生输出。
  • 通过 SP/BMC 的连接也可能失败。
    • 终端屏幕为空 
  • 物理检查可能显示控制器没有点亮的 LED 指示灯,并且尽管连接到已知良好的电源,但仍显示已关闭。
  • SP/BMC 或节点的电源循环无法解决此问题- 如何使用 SP 或 BMC 无中断地重新启动节点
  • 尝试连接到 SP 或 BMC(可能可访问也可能不可访问)并收集日志:
  • 如果 SP/BMC 在 SSH 上无响应,请使用串行电缆连接到控制平台端口,然后点击 Enter 以确定控制平台是否响应/在 LOADER
  • 如果没有输出,请尝试从串行控制台连接切换到 SP/BMC 使用 CTRL+G,并收集与上述相同的日志输出。

注意 要从 SP/BMC 退回控制台,请使用 CTRL+D。对于 A700s 系统,使用 Esc+T 返回控制台。

  • 收集日志或认为无法收集日志后,重新拔插控制器(从中板上卸下,留出1-2分钟,然后回到原位)
