如果一个或多个RAID组在磁盘驱动器发生故障时没有符合条件的备用磁盘驱动器、则会出现此消息。callhome.spares事件

  • 符合条件的备用磁盘驱动器必须具有正确的大小和容量、并且必须位于相应的池中。
    • 如果磁盘驱动器发生故障而没有可重建的备用磁盘、则系统将进入降级模式。
  • 如果您的系统已配置为执行此操作,则它会生成 AutoSupport (或 " 呼叫主页 " )消息并将其传输到 NetApp 技术支持和已配置的目标。

  • 由于ONTAP 9.12.1代码因 错误ID 944990而发生更改-如果RAID聚合在24小时内保持降级状态、则系统不再暂停、因此、如果 聚合完全降级、则默认系统行为将更改为不暂停。
