问题描述

  • 在Active IQ Dashboard - AutoSupport部分中、您确认 通知日志缺失(未到达NetApp)
  • 从命令行 Autosupport history show 确认所有日志均为 sent-successful
此 AutoSupport 的目标 触发事件 上次更新时间 交付状态
SMTP CallHome.Performance。data 2020年4月10日00:20:46 sent-successful
SMTP callhome.management.log 2020年4月10日00:31:06 sent-successful
SMTP CallHome.Weekly 2020年4月5日00:16:14 sent-successful
SMTP callhome.invoke.all 2020年4月4日14:25:33 sent-successful
  • 通过命令行测试连接还可以确认连接是否正常工作
