一个或两个 OTS 集群节点已关闭且无法访问。
当您打开每个 Select Node VM 的 vCenter 控制台时，其中一个或两个都会显示引导加载程序消息Waiting for requisite number of Mailboxes. Press Ctrl-C。
- 部署 UI 可能会显示以下错误：page cannot be found" or "502 Bad Gateway.
- 登录到部署 UI（通过控制台或 SSH）可能会显示以下错误：

Deploy API service is currently not available. (Press Ctrl-C to continue to the shell)

按Ctrl-C并运行以下命令：mediator show.
