选择集群部署虚拟设备创建失败(waitForLease)

问题描述
在ONTAP Deploy GUI中部署集群失败、但在Deploy > Administration > Events中显示以下消息：
- ClusterNodeCreateFailed：创建cluster"clustername"时、其中一个节点创建操作失败。
- NodeCreateFailed：节点"Node-01"创建失败。原因：虚拟设备创建失败(waitForLease)。可能需要从主机中手动删除此节点。
- NodeVMNotFound：在任何主机上均未找到集群"clustername"中的节点"Node-01"。如果集群已在ONTAP Select Deploy外部重新配置、请对集群运行刷新操作。
在ESXAdmin.log中
InvalidArg: <vmname> invalid - no vm named 'Node-01' on host 'hostName'. InternalErr: Failed to get HTTP lease, The operation is not allowed in the current state. Err: Virtual appliance create failed (waitForLease)
