ClusterRefreshCompletedWithErrors : Refresh operation for cluster x completed with errors. For more information, review the events. 

ClusterManagementNetworkRefreshFalled : ONTAPGetClusterketworkRouteFailed: Failed to retrieve cluster network route information from ONTAP. Reason: Verify that the cluster management network is healthy.
