ONTAP Select：当聚合脱机或评估许可证过期时，许可证升级失败

问题描述

当尝试将过期的 OTS 评估许可证升级到生产容量层许可证时，可以在 Deploy 中看到错误：

ONTAP Select: License upgrade fails when aggregates are offline or eval license expired

"Either Storage failover or auto giveback is not enabled for cluster "demo-cluster". Verify that all the nodes are in a healthy state and have state and have storage failover and auto giveback enabled."

此处的错误具有误导性，因为自动回给和存储故障转移都已启用。可以通过以下方式进行验证：
