缺少许可证锁定ID
Error retrieving License information

在ONTAP Select Deploy日志中、出现以下错误：

Error: ConnectionError - HTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=15224): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v1/?fields=version%2Cserial_sequence%2Clicense_lock_id (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7f38f6dbb6a0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))
