4TB 及以上磁盘的默认 RAID 策略是 RAID-TEC。

对于大小小于 10TB 的 4TB 磁盘，聚合可以创建为 RAID-DP，也可以从 RAID-TEC 转换为 RAID-DP。

对于 10TB 及以上的磁盘，RAID-TEC 是唯一允许的 RAID 策略。  新聚合和/或 RAID 组必须创建为 RAID-TEC，并且由 10TB 或更大磁盘组成的聚合/RAID 组不能从 RAID-TEC 转换为 RAID-DP。
