事件摘要

如果节点在崩溃(也称为"系统崩溃")后重新启动、则会出现此消息。重新启动完成后、节点会报告此事件。

验证

检查故障转移状态以确认已完成恢复

解决方法

支持AutoSupport的系统
  • 如果在AutoSupport中捕获了崩溃消息、NetApp将尝试分析此消息
  • 查看系统的联系电子邮件、了解分析结果和后续步骤。
已禁用AutoSupport的系统
  1. 集群接管完成—AutoSupport消息 如果可能、请按照"cluster接管完成自动- AutoSupport消息"执行交还。
  2. 查看 EMS-log-file。 Gz 和 panic-context. XML 或 SP/BMC会记录  Active IQ中AutoSupport数据的各个部分 、以查看是否可以手动找到崩溃字符串
  3. 在NetApp 支持站点 中,导航到“ Panic Message Analyzer”(“Panic消息分析器”)工具。
  4. 将崩溃消息和ONTAP版本复制到崩溃消息分析器工具中、以确定崩溃是否由已知软件问题描述引起。
  1. 如果存在 匹配的错误、请按照错误报告中提供的指导进行操作
  2. 如果 崩溃消息无法安全地与已知错误匹配。请参阅  如何上传ONTAP 9核心文件以进行分析 ,以确定Panic的发生原因(需要案例编号)
