问题描述

在升级或重新启动 ONTAP 后，当所有集群端口均已启动且未报告任何问题时，客户无法通过集群网络建立仲裁或问题描述命令。

VIFMGR 日志

[anon-ns::log_check_failure] Network report: INFORMATIONAL: IP address xx.xx.xx.xx is in the sitelist, but no LIF with that IP exists in the CDB.
