问题

节点在 ONTAP 升级期间报告了"未知"状态，无法启动，报告了以下错误：

ERROR: [D9] Boot option loading failed

在节点电源循环后观察到相同的问题。
如果根据Node fails to boot with error: Boot option loading failed更换了启动设备，则来自 LOADER 的show devices输出未检测到启动设备，并报告以下错误：
