节点在 ONTAP 升级期间报告了"未知"状态，无法启动，报告了以下错误：

“ERROR: [D9] Boot option loading failed”

节点已通电，问题仍然存在。
启动设备已重新拔插，问题仍然存在。
启动设备已根据节点启动失败并出现错误：Boot option loading failed 进行更换，更换后，"show devices" 从 LOADER 未检测到启动设备，报告以下错误：
