站点灾难后无法执行聚合修复

示例：

ClusterA::> metrocluster heal -phase aggregates
 
 [Job 1349900] Validating the node and cluster components before the heal-aggregates operation...
 [Job 1349900] Job failed: Failed to validate the node and cluster components before the heal-aggregates operation.
 Use the "metrocluster operation show" command to view detailed error information. Resolve the errors, then try the
 command again.

       Errors: Failed to validate the node and cluster components before the heal-aggregates operation.
           ClusterA::ClusterA-01 (non-overridable veto): Verify connectivity to the remote site. For fabric configurations, make sure that the Inter-Switch Links are up.
           ClusterA::ClusterA-01 (non-overridable veto): Encountered a transport error while attempting to contact DR partner node. Verify that the MetroCluster partner cluster is available using the "metrocluster interconnect show" command, then retry the MetroCluster operation.
           ClusterA::ClusterA-02 (non-overridable veto): Verify connectivity to the remote site. For fabric configurations, make sure that the Inter-Switch Links are up.
           ClusterA::ClusterA-02 (non-overridable veto): Encountered a transport error while attempting to contact DR partner node. Verify that the MetroCluster partner cluster is available using the "metrocluster interconnect show" command, then retry the MetroCluster operation.
