EMS中会频繁出现不同步的日志消息
 
示例：

Mon Mar 11 01:36:40 +0100 [ClusterA-01: cf_main: cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerDisabled:error]: Failover monitor: takeover of ClusterA-01 by ClusterA-02 disabled (unsynchronized log).
