不支持、目前尚不支持。  您只能通过卷效率策略设置计划、而不能在OSM上设置卷效率。
但是、您可以使用的命令行界面命令 volume efficiency modify作为临时解决策。
示例：
cluster1::> volume efficiency modify -vserver vs1 -volume vol1 -schedule sun-sat@12
