DOA 请求过程中出现故障的产品

  • 请联系技术支持中心 ( TAC )报告有缺陷的产品。
  • 一旦 TAC 确定产品为 DOA 且符合新产品的条件,将提交更换和退回材料授权( RMA )申请。
  • Cisco 的退货团队会收到更换请求。此申请将在 24-48 个工作小时内处理。
  • 此时将创建一个替代销售订单以及一个 RMA ,用于退回有缺陷的设备。请在 30 天内将有缺陷的设备退回给指定的 Cisco 退回仓库,以避免为更换产品开票。所有退货包装都应包含 RMA 编号。
  • 您可以通过 Cisco Commerce. (CCW)检查替代销售订单的状态。
