问题描述

  • 在SANNAV上创建每周信息板并报告 以提取 所有ISL端口的利用率后、 未按计划生成报告。
  • 有时、也无法导出报告。
  • SANNAV supportsave日志在15分钟后显示超时错误：
[INFO] 2024-04-05 12:15:21.940 screen/pdf-generator-screen-enhanced.js - pdf parameters /dcm1.0.0/tmp/report-SwitchportReport-1712299501542/report.pdf 2609 8in true
[ERROR] 2024-04-05 12:30:22.040 server.js - TimeoutError: waiting for Page.printToPDF failed: timeout 900000ms exceeded.
 
 
  • 可以成功完成报告计划 、同时 也会收到电子邮件、但报告生成失败、并显示以下错误：
