操作步骤

SANtricity系统管理器
  1. 通过浏览器中的控制器IP地址打开E系列存储阵列
  2. 从左侧窗格中、选择 支持
  3. 选择 支持中心
  4. 选择 诊断 选项卡
  5. 选择 收集支持数据。
  6. 单击 收集
  7. 将文件保存到您选择的位置。
SANtricity Storage Manager
    1. 打开 SANtricity 存储 管理器
    2. 打开E系列存储阵列阵列阵列 管理窗口
    3. 单击 摘要 选项卡
    4. 在Monitor部分中、单击 手动收集支持数据

    此时 将打开收集AutoSupport数据窗口。

    1. 单击 浏览
    2. 指定要保存支持包的位置、并输入支持包文件的名称
    3. 单击 保存
    4. 在收集AutoSupport数据窗口中、单击 启动
    命令行界面 (CLI)
