验证

  1. 登录到SANtricity存储管理器或SANtricity系统管理器
  2. 确认SANtricity在恢复专家中报告以下多条错误消息之一：DRAWER_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 393
  3. 确认主要事件日志(MEL) 
    • A:12/22/21 12:07:56 PM (11:07:56) 401865 285f A drawer in the tray has become degraded - Tray 1, Drawer 3 <--CRITICAL
  4. 从 硬件 选项卡确认药屉显示为已降级
  5. 在中确认药屉的状态 Storage array profile。

    • 示例：

解决方法

  1. 确保不存在任何其他硬件问题、例如控制器降级/故障而会发生发生原因此事件。
  2. 尝试重新拔插 抽盒和机箱之间的柔性电缆(SAS蛇形电缆)。
  3. 请联系 NetApp技术支持 、因为如果重新拔插不起作用、则可能需要更换抽盒
