事件摘要

  • E系列控制器检测到  位于电子可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)中的重要产品数据(VPD)损坏。
  • VPD EEPROM可存储E系列系统的硬件配置信息(即、部件号、序列号)、损坏可能会导致各种问题。 

验证

  1. "Support">"Events"下的系统事件日志 报告严重的"VPD EEPROM损坏"事件。
  2. 确定系统上最近的任何维护活动(即断电)。

解决方法

  • 如果最近进行了维护活动、请尝试使用SANtricity系统管理器中的重置选项重新启动控制器、或者重新启动。
  • 如果未发现任何维护活动、则
