问题描述

用户收到来自E系列SANtricity管理应用程序的电子邮件警报、指示无法传送AutoSupport (ASUP)消息：

常规AutoSupport传输失败

• E 系列阵列使用哪些网络端口？
• 由于防火墙阻止、E系列AutoSupport交付失败
• E系列AutoSupport不支持任何协议
• 不正确的DNS配置无法传送ASUP消息
• 定期发送电子邮件、并显示错误："无法从阵列管理主机EOS-b"
• 在11.70.x SANtricity操作系统版本中提供ASUP时、无法提供E系列AutoSupport通知
• 间歇性E系列AutoSupport传输故障警报
• E系列存储管理器尝试向testsupport.Storage NetApp .com发送AutoSupport消息
• 不会自动为严重事件生成E系列AutoSupport
• 从2020年9月30日开始、无法交付E系列DBM备份AutoSupport
