问题描述
- 无法对E2800存储控制器的管理IP执行ping操作。
- 7段显示屏显示"00"。
- 指示用于控制器间通信的端口的LED已关闭。
- 检测信号LED已关闭。
- 即使重新启动E2800控制器、问题描述仍会存在。
- 设备安装程序显示以下错误消息：
There was an error accessing the storage controller while acquiring the latest hardware status information. If the warning persists for more than 10 minutes, check for any hardware issues.
