StorageGRID升级在升级基础操作系统时停滞、并显示错误No module named NetApp

问题描述

在StorageGRID升级期间、节点停留在显示正在升级基础操作系统的软件升级页面上、并且未完成

  • 通过VMware控制台， /var/log BaseOS中出现错误：  ImportError: No Module named netapp
  • ifconfig 命令显示未配置IP
 
ifup eth0 reports: 
Traceback (most recent call first):
file "usr/bin/ifup" , line 11 in <module>
from netapp import log
ImportError: No Module named netapp
