问题描述

由于先前出现SANtricity升级错误、无法升级StorageGRID操作系统。Grid OS和“即时更新”的升级按钮将呈灰色显示。
 
An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support.
