由于 BMC 配置突然丢失，StorageGRID 多个硬件故障警报

• NetApp StorageGRID
• 设备型号：SGF6112、SG110、SG1100 和 SG6160。
• 主板管理控制器 (BMC)
• 在 StorageGRID 环境中预先部署和配置

• 节点 > (NODE_NAME) > 硬件在网格管理器中，设备报告 BMC IP 地址的Unknown值：

• 在前几次尝试期间，即使显示了正确的 IP，ping BMC 的 IP 地址也可能失败。
• 在 StorageGRID Grid Manager 中，受影响的节点可能会在几分钟 内出现一个或多个警报：
  • A和 B 电源的警报：
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • Appliance compute controller power supply B has a problem
  • 所有驱动器（HDD00 - HDD011）和风扇单元（Fan_SYS0 - Fan_SYS7）的警报：
    • Appliance DAS drive fault detected 
    • Appliance fan fault detected 
• StorageGRID 通知 HARDWARE FAILURE 已发送
• 在维护模式下，Appliance Installer 页面报告以下警报： 

Appliance model cannot be determined from hardware. Normal operation is not possible. Attempt an A/C power cycle of the system. If this error persists, contact technical support.
