StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send to Additional Destination

  • 每周、事件触发和用户触发 AutoSupport 按预期发送到 NetApp 支持。

StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send to Additional Destination

  • nms.log 在 /var/local/log 中向配置的附加目标显示以下错误： 
    • ERROR   Connection to autosupport destination https://IP_Address:Port failed with error Connection reset by peer - SSL_connect
  • nms.log 在 /var/local/log 中显示了以下成功的每周 ASUP 消息： 
    • INFO    Successfully sent WEEKLY Asup to destination https://support.netapp.com:443
