问题描述

  • StorageGRID报告管理节点上的AutoSupport message failed to send 。
  • 在support > Tools > AutoSupport > Results下、StorageGRID auto support显示已成功。
storagegrid_last_failed_autosupport_timestamp 指标为 !=0
  • 来自受影响管理节点的StorageGRID日志： /var/local/log/nms.log 
NMS: |2023-06-02T19:06:09.578| ERROR asup_history.tgz file not found NMS: |2023-06-02T20:06:09.584| ERROR asup_history.tgz file not found
