事件摘要

StorageGRID报告 CassandraRepairServiceNotAvailable 指示cassandre修复 服务不可用。所有存储节点上都有cassandre修复 服务、它可为cassand拉 数据库提供关键的修复功能。如果此情况持续超过48小时、则客户端查询(例如存储分段列表)可能会显示已删除的数据。

如果启用了AutoSupport、则会使用现象自动创建案例：

CSTARS:StorageGRID Notification from <serial> (CSTAR_ISSUE) ERROR

验证

转至"Support"( 支持)>"Grid Topology"(网格拓扑)>"Storage Node"(存储节点)>"SSM">"Services"(服务)、验证每个存储节点上的cassandreaper服务是否正在运行

解决方法

  1. 确认所有节点均已启动且正在运行：
  2. 尝试重新启动服务：
  3. 确认不存在网络或NTP连接问题：
  4. 确认不存在高利用率问题、例如 low available node memory
  5. 验证是否正在进行扩展或停用。扩展或停用完成后、重新评估警报。
  6. 升级到最新的StorageGRID 11.5或StorageGRID 11.5版、因为这些版本针对reaper服务的已知问题提供了多个修复
