事件摘要

StorageGRID 报告CassandraRepairServiceNotAvailable表示 Cassandra 修复服务不可用。所有存储节点上都有cassandre修复 服务、它可为cassand拉 数据库提供关键的修复功能。如果此情况持续超过48小时、则客户端查询(例如存储分段列表)可能会显示已删除的数据。

如果启用了AutoSupport、则会使用现象自动创建案例：

CSTARS:StorageGRID Notification from <serial> (CSTAR_ISSUE) ERROR

验证

通过转到“支持”>“网格拓扑”>“存储节点”>“SSM”>“服务”来验证 Cassandra 收割机服务是否在每个存储节点上“运行”

解决方法

  1. 确认所有节点均已启动且正在运行：
  2. 尝试重新启动服务：
  3. 确认不存在网络或NTP连接问题：
  4. 确认不存在高利用率问题，例如 low available node memory
  5. 验证是否有正在进行的扩展或退役操作。扩展或退役操作完成后，重新评估警报。
  6. 升级到最新的 StorageGRID 11.5 或 StorageGRID 11.6 版本，因为这些版本修复了收割机服务的已知问题
  7. 如果无法解决警报，请联系NetApp 技术支持
