事件摘要

StorageGRID报告cassandraRepairProgress Slow、指示cassandraDatabase修复进度缓慢。如果数据库修复速度较慢、则会妨碍cassand拉 数据一致性操作。如果此情况持续超过48小时、则客户端查询(例如存储分段列表)可能会显示已删除的数据。

验证

转至"Support"(支持)>"Metrics ">"cassandra"(指标)"Network Overview"(网络概览)>"Reaper Repair百分比"(Reaper修复百分比)、然后确认此值是否为100%

解决方法

  1. 确认所有存储节点均已联机、并且不存在与网络连接相关的警报。
  2. 监控此警报最多2天、以查看问题描述是否自行解决。
  3. 请升级到最新的StorageGRID 11.5或StorageGRID 11.5、因为此警报有多个修复程序。
