在 Windows 服务器上安装 AIQUM 的预检查

问题解答

  1. 确认用户是本地管理员组的一部分，或要求用户以admin的身份登录到 Windows 服务器。
  2. 在我们完成安装之前，请确保没有防病毒扫描软件停止运行，或者事先排除 MySQL 和其他 AIQUM 目录。
  3. 确保 Windows 服务器上没有运行防火墙，例如从 Windows 命令提示符窗口netsh firewall show state。
  4. 禁用 UAC（用户访问控制） ： 
    1. 打开注册表编辑器。
    2. 展开HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System。
    3. 设置为 0，表示已禁用 UAC。
    4. 我们需要更改文件EnableLUA（Enable-Local-User-Access）为零（0）
    5. 将值更改为所需的值，单击确定，
    6. 关闭注册表编辑器，然后重新启动系统。

  5. 重要步骤[卸载并删除以前尝试安装 AIQUM 服务器的任何"残留物"。确保检查 Windows 注册表中是否有以前尝试的任何剩余物/残留物。

  6. 检查本地管理员和域管理员组是否未打开 deny access to network drive，使用 gpedit.msc 并查找此信息。
  7. 检查并更正上述所有内容后，即可再次运行安装程序。
  8. 在运行 AIQUM 安装程序之前，转到 windows temp 目录并保持该目录在一侧打开，可以通过在 windows CLI 中运行以下命令找到 temp 目录路径%temp%
  9. 以 admin 方式打开命令提示符窗口。运行 AIQUM 安装程序，尝试为 MySQL 和管理员用户使用简单密码如 P@ssw0rd1234 进行测试。
  10. 当您再次看到错误时，请收集以下信息：
  • 收集在 Windows temp 目录下创建的最新日志和文件夹，如 AIQUM 安装程序日志。
  • Windows Program Data目录下的日志，看看我们是否为OCIE 或 OCUM创建了任何日志。
  • 最后，抓取 Windows 事件日志如system|application|security 事件日志，检查它们是否没有启用任何拒绝管理员访问的本地组策略，我们在过去已经看到 Windows 用户配置文件以!标记开头。
