Active IQ Unified Manager 在虚拟机上运行缓慢或挂起

适用场景

• Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6及更高版本(AIUM)

问题描述

虚拟机上的观察问题：

• Unified Manager图形用户界面无法正常运行
• UM CLI/DFM命令行界面功能失败 Error: Unable to communicate with server.  Please ensure the server is running.
• Unified Manager应用程序运行速度较慢
• Unified Manager应用程序CPU和/或内存利用率极高、并且正在使用交换文件/页面文件
• GUI间歇性不可访问
• 部署文件显示为故障状态
• Unified Manager 应用程序出现不一致的行为：
  • 服务挂起
  • 服务崩溃
  • 服务正在重新启动
  • 警报通知偶尔出现问题
  • 无法在Web界面中加载性能图形
  • 清单/性能采集轮询可能无法在正常的15分钟/5分钟周期内完成
  • 在虚拟环境中运行时出现其他异常(无法解释)的不一致行为

VMware ESXi 服务器上的观察问题：

以下任何内存管理过程都可能(并且通常会)对数据库产生不利影响。即使您没有遇到膨胀或交换问题、 应用程序可用的内存池也可能发生TPS或数据压缩

• 内存平衡
• 正在交换
• 透明页面共享（在 ESXi 5.5 及更高版本中默认禁用，但在先前版本中默认启用）
• 数据压缩
