Active IQ Unified Manager 在虚拟机上运行缓慢或挂起

问题

虚拟机上的观察问题：

• Unified Manager GUI 不可操作
• um cli/dfm cli 命令行功能失败， Error: Unable to communicate with server.  Please ensure the server is running.
• Unified Manager 应用程序运行缓慢
• Unified Manager 应用程序 CPU 和/或内存利用率极高，并且 Swap/pagefile 正在使用
• GUI 间歇性地无法访问
• 部署文件处于失败状态
• Unified Manager 应用程序经历不一致的行为：
  • 服务挂起
  • 服务崩溃
  • 服务重新启动
  • 警报通知偶尔出现问题
  • 性能图无法在 Web 界面中加载
  • 库存/性能获取轮询可能无法在正常的 15 分钟/5 分钟周期内完成
  • 在虚拟环境中运行时的其他异常（无法解释的）不一致行为

VMware ESXi Server 上的观察问题：

以下任何内存管理流程都可能（通常确实）对数据库产生不利影响。即使您没有遇到膨胀或交换，TPS 或压缩也可能发生在应用程序可用的内存池中

• 内存气球
• 交换
• 透明页共享（在 ESXi 5.5 及以上版本中默认禁用，但在之前的版本中默认启用）
• 压缩
