  1. 为您的系统请求“支持管理员角色”,因为访问系统维护需要此角色
    注意:您的支持客户经理(SAM)可以帮助您 访问NSS和 "支持管理员角色"
    1. 登录到NSS
    2. 填写非技术表单 、选择Support Admin > Request Access
  2. 获得"支持管理员角色"管理员角色权限后、  您可以配置 系统和站点详细信息。

示例

  • 从特定系统或系统列表中添加/删除客户帐户 (按最终客户群)
  • 向NetApp支持帐户添加/删除成员
  • 地址和联系方式:
    • 站点地址
    • 运输条件
    • 语言首选项
    • 集群的默认联系人
    • 集群/节点物理位置/地址
  • 停止旧系统/序列号的电子邮件警报
  • 两家公司合并、系统 详细信息需要更新
  • 更改/删除/添加 序列号
