操作步骤

对于需要完全客户访问权限的用户:

  • 如果您已在支持站点上注册、请在一个工作日内 [1] 升级您的NetApp 支持站点 帐户。完成后、系统将向您发送一封确认电子邮件。
  • 如果您在一个工作日之后仍未收到电子邮件,并且您的访问级别显示 “来宾”,请创建一个 非技术案例

选择类别1 = 我的配置文件 和类别2 = 访问级别升级

  • 以下信息应在"注释"部分提供。
    • 序列号
    • 公司全名
    • 与您的雇主关联的公司电子邮件地址
