操作步骤

  1. 导航到  非技术反馈 (无需登录) 登录 NetApp 支持站点,单击案例和零件,然后选择 创建非技术案例
  2. 选择反馈类别为重新激活用户帐户
  3. 对于问题 是否更改了公司?,选择相应的单选按钮

  1. 如果您更改了公司,请注册 新帐户
  2. 如果您在同一家公司,请填写您的姓名、电子邮件地址、公司名称,并在相应字段中提供意见
  3. 输入验证码
  4. 点击提交
