操作步骤

关键升级问题

  1. 致电NetApp支持部门输入 案例编号,告知您的案例所有者您需要通过远程会话升级案例。
    • 美国和加拿大:+1 888 463 8277
    • 欧洲、中东和非洲地区:+800 44 638277
    • 亚太地区:+800 800 80 800
  2. 如果无法联系到案例所有者、请致电NetApp支持部门并选择提示以联系值班经理。
