问题描述
Snap Creator服务不会在Windows上启动、并且会失败、并显示以下错误：
Windows could not Start the SnapCreatorServerService on Local Computer. For more information. review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1.尝试从CMD 或PowerShell启动时：
SERVICE_NAME: snapcreatorserverservice
TYPE : 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
STATE : 2 START_PENDING
(NOT_STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE, IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)在配置日志中会出现以下错误：
500 Can't locate object method new via package LWP::Protocol:: https::Socket at SnapCreator/Service/Repository.pm line 212.
