问题描述

SnapDrive for Windows 无法与使用 Windows 弹性文件系统（ ReFS ）格式化的 LUN 进行交互（扩展，缩减，回收空间）。

使用 SnapDrive for Windows 执行 LUN 大小调整时，此过程失败并显示功能不正确错误。
查看 SnapDrive for Windows 安装路径中的 SnapDrive 调试日志（ Snmpdrvdbg.log ）可能会发现以下一个或多个错误：

'The LUN may not have a File System created on it, or it may not be formatted with the NTFS file system. If it is a cluster system this situation can be caused by the LUN being offline, or not owned by this computer.'

'Failed to update virtual disk info on first pass, device path: '\?\mpio#disk&ven_netapp&prod_lun_c-mode&rev_0.3_#1&7f6ac24&0&383037416f2b494175346a32#{53f56307-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}', lun path '/vol/volumename/lun_name', SCSI address '(X,X,X,X)', error code 0xc0040494, error description 'The LUN may not have a File System created on it, or it may not be formatted with the NTFS file system. If it is a cluster system this situation can be caused by the LUN being offline'
