尝试导入签名证书时出现Active IQ Unified Manager 错误

适用场景

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6+ ( AIQUM )
  • OnCommand Unified Manager 6.x-9.5 (UM)

问题描述

  • 证书签名请求(CSR)是通过UM Web界面单击"下载HTTPS证书签名请求"创建的。
  • 此CSR已使用InCommon进行签名。
  • 尝试通过单击安装HTTPS证书来安装证书时、会报告以下消息。

Failed to install certificate: Input certificate's public key differs from the existing certificate's public key. The keys must match.
