Element集群UI不接受登录凭据

- 通过FQDN访问集群UI时、登录页面显示用户名或密码不正确
- API调用使用用户名和密码而不使用问题描述
- 访问MVIP或每节点UI将返回：

sf-element-auth.info文件提及cMaxAuthConfigurationDBSize的大小必须至少为特定大小：
