(cognito-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-7798) [ClientThrottleInvocationHandler:85] Amazon service is unavailable - DNS resolution error. retrying (20 left)
(config-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-215) [SprayClientUtils$:93] Failed communicating with cognito service, path create_credentials: POST request to /create_credentials?force_creation=false&use_new_cognito=false timed out
