问题描述

Cloud Backup手动备份正在运行、但卷不会自动备份到云、尽管已制定计划策略。自动备份失败、并显示错误：

Failure to perform I/O with the capacity tier. Retry the operation
Some of the volumes backup may have failed. Backup for Volume with id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, entry doesn't exist
