问题描述

  • ROBO 将 OTS HA 部署到多个 GEOS 失败,并显示相同错误:

evtype='ClusterDeployFailed', category='cluster', level='Error', detail='ONTAPClusterCreateTimedOut: ONTAP cluster create timed out. Not all nodes successfully joined cluster "cluster01"

  • 在中 /opt/netapp/log/sdotadmin_server.log ,我们看到运行 cluster-add-node-status-get-iter API 时出现超时。已成功创建集群,但节点加入操作似乎失败:

  • 从 OTS cluster-mgmt LIF 对 Deploy IP 执行 Ping 操作,但反之亦然
  • 将 cluster-mgmt LIF 移动到另一个端口( e0b )时,可以对其 IP 执行 Ping 操作,但将其移回默认端口( e0a )时, Ping 操作将再次失败。
  • 可以从 Deploy 命令行界面对两个节点管理 LIF`s 执行 Ping 操作。
  • 关闭第一个节点(集群管理 LIF 位于其中) node-mgmt LIF 时, cluster-mgmt LIF 可以执行 pingable 。
  • 在重新使 node-mgmt LIF 联机时, cluster-mgmt LIF 的可访问性没有任何变化,但 node-mgmt LIF 现在不再可 Ping 。
  • 关闭 cluster-mgmt LIF 时, node-mgmt LIF 将再次可访问。
  • 当重新使 cluster-mgmt LIF 联机时,无法像以前那样对其执行 Ping 操作或进行访问。
