AutoSupport 在任何协议上均不起作用

问题

AutoSupport 不支持任何协议( HTTP , HTTPS 或 SMTP ),并且失败并显示以下错误:

1. 在测试时从 SANtricity 图形用户界面执行以下操作: java.net.SocketTimeoutExeption: Read timed out

2. 从 web-server-trace.log :

  • ERROR [jetty-1810] trace [ASUPHTTPClient.java:752] [requestId=52bcce24-246d-4333-b40d-af085be5a622, deviceId=1] Socket read/write failed
  • c.l.a.w.u.ChainedTrustManager [ChainedTrustManager.java:198] [requestId=d2c5af46-3220-4f0d-af47-d9912c6f0679, deviceId=1] CertificateException caught:
  • java.security.cert.CertificateException: myTrust is empty
  • 使用 SMTP 时: trace [LoggingJdkHandler.java:32] [requestId=0, deviceId=1] [devmgr.dmv.SMTPMessageInvoker validateSMTPServerReply] Unexpected return code received for Handshake command

3. 从防火墙上执行的 HTTP 嗅探器流量:<h1>Bad.Request</h1>.<p>Your.browser.sent.a.request.that.this.server.could.not.understand.<br./>.</p>.</body></html>.

 

检查防火墙嗅探器跟踪时,正在与 AutoSupport 服务器建立连接,一些数据会发送,但最终会失败。
