AutoSupport 不支持任何协议（ HTTP ， HTTPS 或 SMTP ），并且失败并显示以下错误：

1. 在测试时从 SANtricity 图形用户界面执行以下操作： java.net.SocketTimeoutExeption: Read timed out

2. 从 web-server-trace.log ：

java.security.cert.CertificateException: myTrust is empty
使用 SMTP 时： trace [LoggingJdkHandler.java:32] [requestId=0, deviceId=1] [devmgr.dmv.SMTPMessageInvoker validateSMTPServerReply] Unexpected return code received for Handshake command

3. 从防火墙上执行的 HTTP 嗅探器流量：<h1>Bad.Request</h1>.<p>Your.browser.sent.a.request.that.this.server.could.not.understand.<br./>.</p>.</body></html>.

检查防火墙嗅探器跟踪时，正在与 AutoSupport 服务器建立连接，一些数据会发送，但最终会失败。
