SMcli -d an internal error, error code 12, has occurred. Possible causes include:
 (1) The CLI session was run without administrator permissions, or
 (2) The software installation is incomplete or corrupt.
 Retry the CLI with administrator permissions or reinstall the software. If problems persist, contact your technical support engineer. SMcli failed.
