IOM12E 和 PSU 缺少磁盘，风扇和温度错误

问题描述
- 一个或两个路径中缺少磁盘
- 如果两个路径都缺少驱动器、则两个节点可能会重新启动、并且无法启动
- 物理磁盘重新就位后、两个节点均关闭。
sysconfig -A输出中缺少一个IOM12E模块：
