DS4246 磁盘架状态非严重情况

问题描述

non-critical condition 对于 DS4246 磁盘架，这两个 HA 节点均为指示节点。

1. EMS 日志用于指示 Power supply 3: normal status 非现有 PSU 。
2. 环境状态指示 _NO_PSN_PRESENT_ 非现有 PSU 。
3. storage show fault 指示 OK 非现有 PSU 的状态。
4. 环境状态显示空磁盘架托架的编号 16。
5. storage show fault 指示 NONCRITICAL 空磁盘架托架的状态 16。
